New Babbage Talent Show

Presented for your consideration and entertainment

THE NEW BABBAGE TALENT SHOW!

Imagine seeing several incredible acts, with each act lasting about five minutes. As if that wasn’t enough, now imagine that during each act, you (along with every other audience member) rate the current act with a score from one to ten!

At the conclusion of the Talent Show, the top two acts with the highest scores are announced and are awarded the cash from the tip jar. Could anything possibly be better? I submit NOT!

VENUE – The Mercurochrome Opera House in Wheatstone Waterways.
DATE – December 12, 2009
TIME – 6:00 PM SLT


AN OPEN CALL TO ALL PERSONS OF TALENT, DUBIOUS AND OTHERWISE

All who would perform at the Talent Show should note the following:

* The talent show is open to all who wish to enter.

* Each act could be the effort of an individual or a small group.

* Each act should last about five minutes

* All acts are to be urchin friendly. Please refrain from gore or nudity.

* Contact Wiggy Undertone by IM, or Ning post, in order to enter the contest.

I do hope there are enough people interested in performing in a talent show to make this event possible. I am very eager to see just what our talented residents can come up with! LET US SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO!
