Miss Obedience Mactavish, a Lady from New Orleans, Louisiana, is to be married to Doctor Obolensky, a villain of the most dastardly repute, of New Babbage.

Miss Mactavish is the daughter of Dr. Angus Mactavish of Edinburgh, Scotland, and Miss Honora St. James of New Orleans, Louisiana. Doctor Obolensky is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Obolensky (whereabouts unknown).

The wedding is scheduled for October 31st, of this year.
