The Delegation from Antiquity

Early Sunday morning. The morning after a very wild party. A group of uniformed strangers are spotted roaming the streets.

I go out to meet them. They never expect a dwarfed person. The men claim to be a delegation from Antiquity here to discuss matters of foreign interest with our navy. Perhaps they also brought beads, blankets, and whiskey?

Snipers move into position on the rooftops, decked out in Sunday Best. The men leave me with hutch of pigeons so i may get in touch with them at a more opportune time.

Now what kind of military men come to our City early in the morning when they know we are all in bed nursing our hangovers? And did they honestly think to meet with sailors on such a morning? What underhanded dealing is this?

I will consider releasing a pigeon when Commodore Dagger's head has cleared.
Or perhaps I will have guests over for dinner.
