- What has brought you to New Babbage and SL Steampunk?
- It sort of merges my interests in architecture, fashion, anthropology, technology, history, alternate history . . . and, to be honest, I love firearms. Seriously. Love 'em. One cannot help but love a city this cultured and this armed.
- Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
- My dear cousin Mr Claridge and I eloped because of the disapproval of our family. Claridge used to be a great name here but about 200 years or so ago, for some reason, relations started leaving, and one day we were all gone. Mr Claridge and I realised that New Babbage would be an excellent place to put down roots; besides the family connexion, everyone here is rather mad, but they are mad the same way he and I are, so it is perfect!
Unfortunately, Mr Claridge was looking at properties in Steelhead, and chanced to be by or in the gas works when . . . well . . . and I am alone now. But going on, inspired by his creative spirit, our family shades, and all the lovely citizens of Babbage.
