A splendid and well organized event! The marshalling of the Navies was most inspiring. Surely New Babbage is the envy of all the Steamlands!
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
Perhaps we have a hero after all.
It appears that most residents of New Babbage are either unable, or unwilling, to interevene in events such as these.
Ahhh yes. Grave robbing. Productive work indeed.

If I had my druthers, Cral would be played by Viggo Mortensen. As in his protrayal of Aragorn:
With all the iron, copper, bronze alloys, cut stone, etc., and the associated paving over of the natural world, (not to metion all the hissing, clanking, and electrical arcing) one would assume that magical workings of any kind within the city limit…

- A lifelong love of H.G. Wells, Jules Verne, Conan Doyle, and the opportunity to engage in a little roleplay in SL.
- Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
- Cral is the bastard third son of a minor industrialist. With little prospects for a major inheritance, Cral has drifted from unfinished scholarly pursuits at University, to adventure in pursuit of fortune.
Tiring of supporting his wayward ways, Cral's father has charged him with the operation of a small subsidiary in New Babbage.
New Babbage seems a town poised on the precipice of a bright future of commerce and growth; and as such, a city in which a man might build his fortunes.
