Yes, we got Tenk to agree to be inaugurated. We only have about twenty minutes, so we'll have to make it quick. A quick oath administered by Mr O'Toole, an (even quicker) speech), and then we repair to Pennyfeather park or the Rusty Cog for drinks.

What has brought you to New Babbage and SL Steampunk?
I have always loved the victorian eras and I have been looking for a place that embodies the way I imagine the victorian ers. When I started to explore New Babbage(thanks to Ceejays LJ entries) I found that I adored the way it looked and felt. I have met a couple of people who live there and everyone I have met has been so nice and welcoming.
Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
I have been on SL for a couple of months. I work at the Palace(a formal dancing venue). Not much background yet but I am sure that the more i am on SL the more colorful I will get.

My awful computer

Given the amount of stress on my computer(and this is why I have not been on SL in like 5 days) I am downgrading it to XP, replacing my video card and upgrading RAM this week. Therefore I will not be on SL untill monday of next week at the earliest. I hate Vista but thats another rant. I will be on the site periodically when my internet works...lol. Exploring

After as much needed snack of hot chocolate and purchase of a simply delightful dress as Vivs, I made my way to the elevator at the bottom of the docks. I had heard of such a device from Rip and Orchid when I saw them last night on my nightly walk though Palisade. Hanging out at New Babbage

Due to time constraints I have yet to hang out with any number of people at New Babbage untill today. Upon entering I noticed a bunch of green dots on my mini-map and stumbled into a place Called the Gangplank(or at least I think its called that).
