- A mental excitement and stimulation. New Babbage is a total inspiration. Was brought to New Babbage by friends and kept in New Babbage by new friends.
- Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
- My family lived in New Babbage as poor street performers until they were called away for family business ventures some 50 years ago. I have returned to New Babbage to carry on my family's legacy and have returned not in poverty but in the comfort my family has earned.

The Masingh Legacy in New Babbage
As far back as I can remember, I’ve been hearing stories about New Babbage. My family was originally from here, and in many ways I feel I have returned home. A little more than fifty years ago, my grandfather, Michael Masingh and my great uncle Wayne left New Babbage, following the lure of getting rich in the American South.
