Aww Mr Queller, that is indeed sad news. I remember happy times chatting outside the Institute. I hope you will still be a visitor to Babbage often.
Also worth noting that the location will be right on the edge of #8/ClockHaven once that arrives, and likely to see a fair bit of additional traffic when that happens.
Mister Queller's property is in the far NE corner of the Port, Mister Wexhome.
And he indicated his asking price above,4x2048, or $8192L each.
