- My avatar is ten years old Mama taught me music until the piano ate her and Papa taught me science until he rode the boiler to Tibet now my sister Airmid spends her time worrying about me she doesn't like me talking about how the stove ended up in the bedroom but people encourage my fireworks in New Babbage so it's a fun place I need to build more science can I go now Airmid I like to run.

Peace Pennyfeather said… - Perhaps I should explain the nature of explosions. Like bees are drawn to flowers, Science is drawn to explosions. If you are merely going to engineer something, you can deal in colors of brick, iron and coal. However, if you are to summon Science, you must raise it's attention with the music of percussion. To further hold it's notice you must serenade it with flash and incandesence. Only then will Science come to your aid with enlightenment.

- I have met Bob. he is nice as far as boys go. But he seems to use explosions to vandalize rather than construct. I do dearly hope that he will attract enough Science to become enlightened. Never leave for adults the jobs best done by children ... like conjuring Science!
