Nevermind - found it on a search while on my evening walk last night. Nice place, lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Even though I think it was made for avatars smaller than me I had a lot of fun wandering amongst the hulls, buildings, and debri…
Looks exciting - Bob had mentioned something of the place some time ago, but hadn't heard much since. Are we allowed to come take a peek before the first, or do we need to wait for the big to-do?

Armada sim celebrated a soft opening last night with fireworks, food, gifties and some of the best rum punch that ever I did taste. Formal opening is 1st instant of March.

I seem to have posted my photographs in the wrong area. I'll put them here in my blog perhaps. That is if I am able to acertain the correct sequence of button presses and keystrokes and the various evolutions required for a succesful submission.

- My friends Viv Trafalgar & T1g3y Oh and other people with really odd names; you know who you are. In SL Steam, you don't have to have a fuel cell car or transistors. You don't have to wear funny clothes and the best thing is, there is no nasty dog poo to clean up from your lawn while your driving home to work.

Apolologies to Ning...

- Dear Sir, I am indeed a historical reenactor. if you go in-world and look at my 1st life profile i expound a bit more. i am what is termed in the historical reenactor circles a "time-slut" meaning i have hand sewn garb & accessories for the following time periods: 50BC Celt, War of the Roses, ECW, 1710 Queen Anne's War Privateers, Rev War, War of 1812, Victorian, Edwardian, and late 20's & early 30's Prohibition Road House. I've skipped the war of the great late unpleasantness as the female role in that historical reenactor period is too limiting. Whew! I think on earlier posts in my blog (if you search for Privateer or Celt) i may have pics from some events and yes, i'm also a lapsing countess of the SCA. Cheers!
