You wouldn't be the first person that's happened to, the Ning has glitched the hell out on me a few times. Blocked comments/replies annoy me almost as much as losing something wordy after posting it.

What has brought you to New Babbage and SL Steampunk?
I am a wanderer from the realm of the fae in search of a place with people to befriend. Having heard of how open and welcoming New Babbage is I have come to see the place for myself.
Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
I come from a fairy realm with my husband Adar. He's a dragon, I'm a fairy cat. We make an unusual couple yes but we love one another. He is often away taking care of his hoard, leaving me to explore on my own. We have a lovely home in Sylvain but it gets a bit lonely as there are not many others about. So I go exploring a lot to find folk to talk to so I am no longer bored.

I've discovered that many of the human realms are far more interesting and open then any fantasy realms out there, with a few exceptions. New Babbage is a wonderful, if a bit sooty, place. I quite enjoy it and the people I have met there.

huh - ooc

I am apparently unable to reply to posts here now. I thought it was the ning but its babbage. Which means I can't reply to private messages about the sale of my land.

Why was I blocked from making comments here?

There comes a time..

When one must go with their gut feelings.

Now is that time for me.

I love and adore Babbage and have made some good friends, but I no longer feel welcome. I feel that eventually I will be asked to leave just as Mara was, simply for being what I am. And I am unwilling to change that for a sim.

I will still attend Breezey's balls for as long as I am welcome to them. But The tea house is going and I will be seen about Babbage even less then I already was.

Lovely surprises!

So I log on today and find this waiting for me. Opal sent me a copy of her lovely new pink gown as a surprise. After squealing and sending her a message of thanks I dashed off to put it on and headed to the tea garden to take some photos in it.

It's just STUNNING. I love the little details like the flowers on the bustle and the lacey trim.

ooc being "kidnapped"

My husband is "kidnapping" me this Saturday to go to Kansas City Renaissance faire. if anyone here can meed up at it let me know.

I'll be easy to find..just find the faeries..


This does mean I will miss the ball

Also we're going to be moving with in the next month or so. I may not be around much due to this. Bleeehh packing.

OK, "Cupid," I finally figured out who was behind that rather surprising kiss animation...um...completely unexpected response on Somerset's part when he caught me as I tripped and nearly fell off our ship after returning from the Ball last weekend. *raised eyebrow* I am so going to have to keep an eye on you!
