Mr. Zanaibar. I'm not a member of your Mac users group, as I am not a mac user, so I wasn't able to contribute my 2 lindens to your sculptie discussion, but I would consider seriously looking into one of the in world apps. My preference is Sculpt Studio. It's about L$5000, but its money well spent, IMO.

You might be able to get much better results using 3D Studio Max or another proper 3D app, but that costs money, and requires a separate import app. I tried Blender, but didn't find it all that intuitive. I came up using 3DSM and other proper 3D apps, so the relatively primitive nature of some of these apps, like Blender, just didn't work for me.

Sculpt Studio has a bit of a learning curve, but its not bad, and once you get over it, its a snap to use. Look me up in world if you'd like to talk about it, and other options.

Dear Sir, thank you for your welcome and I would love to see your friends plans for an opera house. Maybe you would be so kind as to introduce us...

You all are so kind here... I'm sure I will feel at home as soon as we get settled.

What has brought you to New Babbage and SL Steampunk?
It seemed only natural. After visiting the sim numerous times, Miss BlakOpal Galicia and I opted to relocate from another parcel on a private sim to a place in New Babbage. It's a great neighborhood with a lot to explore.
Could you provide a bit of background about yourself?
TriloByte is a former space pirate from the future, having served with a collective known as Space Island. Not only was he involved in countless raids and untold plundering through space and time, but was involved in planning attacks and even the design of the ships. It is because of this knowledge that when he announced that he was departing, his crewmates turned against him and stranded him in the town of Zanzibar off Africa's eastern coast. From there he found passage on a steamship to San Francisco (where, to his good fortune, he met the amazing Miss BlakOpal Galicia).

With Miss Galicia's help and support, Trilo has developed his skills as an artist and furthered his research into the past. In addition to his many other talents, he is something of a historical researcher with a keen interest in ancient civilizations. In particular he is fascinated with ancient Sumer and the origins of human civilization, and believes that with a proper understanding of the past we could unlock the secrets of the future. It is to this end that he is striving to establish the Eridu Research Society.

Given Trilo's fascination with history and his own background, he is often regarded as a man out of time. The lines between RL and SL are often blurred, and while some describe him as having an uncanny view of the bigger picture, others describe him as having a tenuous grip on reality.

Over the past six months or so, I’ve found myself thinking a lot about trade routes. As you can probably imagine, supplying a string of shoppes scattered across the grid is no small undertaking. It was during the many expeditions into the desert...

I get what you're asking, I'm just not feeling it. Anime, to me, is an artistic style of drawing and animation. It's done extremely well in comic books and cartoons and a few great features, but on the whole it's just not my cup of tea.
