Tenk waited until he heard Underby's breathing settle into a deep meditative state. He stole downstairs to where Skute, the mouse boy, was laid up by the fire with a broken leg.

I am unable to get inworld until my power is restored, which could be up to 5 days if it goes like it usually does after one of these sort of storms. No big worries, life is good until the water stops flowing, and i am a bit of a "gear-do" when it comes to camping equipement so i'm in good shape to ride it out. The money is coming from an online account I maintain for the use of website maintenance, ebay, buying lindens, and other such fluff. This is the residual of a small item I sell over the internet. I have a backup bank account (the pizza and road trip fund) which can be tapped for the initial 3 month safety net until New Babbage can produce its own reserve. Summary: no paycheck money is involved, accounts have been segregated, fresh paypal established for City use.

The person behind me is a 45 year old graduate student in applied mathematics with no family ties. His managerial experience includes running a shipboard propulsion plant, sending gangs of mechanics out to repair submarines, owning a restaurant, and managing the finances of an athletic organization.
